What can I put into my Bagster bag?
We accept construction debris, household junk and yard waste.* For more information view Bagster bag filling guidelines.

What cannot go into my Bagster bag?
We do not accept anything toxic or hazardous, paint, oil, batteries, fluorescent light bulbs or ballasts, appliances, electronics, food waste, railroad ties, tires, medical waste, pesticides, chemicals etc. Yard waste is unacceptable in some areas. Restricted materials may vary by area. For more information view Bagster bag filling guidelines.

Is there a weight limit?
The Bagster bag can hold up to 3,300 pounds! Heavy materials such as dirt, brick, rock, sod, concrete, sand, asphalt, plaster, stucco etc. can be filled no more than 10 inches up from the bottom of the Bagster bag. This is approximately 1 cubic yard of heavy debris. You may put lighter debris on top of your heavy debris up to the top edge of the Bagster bag for complete use of the Bagster bag. For safety reasons Bagster will NOT collect a Bagster bag that is loaded more than 10 inches up from the bottom of the bag with heavy debris (additional fees may apply if a scheduled collection cannot be performed due to overloading). View a diagram of where heavy materials must be loaded in your Bagster bag.

NOTE: This information does not apply to the Rhinobag product that is only available in Canada. Visit the Product Info page and refer to the Product Specs section for information on the Rhinobag product.

Can I fill my Bagster bag to the top?
All debris must be inside the Bagster bag, nothing sticking up over the top or out of the sides. Safety is our main priority when picking up and hauling your Bagster bag (additional fees may apply if your scheduled collection cannot be performed due to overloading).

Tips for filling your Bagster bag:
NOTE: Prior to filling your Bagster bag, place it according to the detailed placement directions included with your packaging. Never move your Bagster bag after filling. Dragging or moving it could cause injury to yourself or damage the Bagster bag.

Before filling, make sure the yellow lifting straps are outside of the Bagster bag. Properly place your Bagster bag according to the placement instructions.

Before filling, unfold your Bagster bag. Stand inside of it and starting in one corner of the Bagster bag roll the sides out and down. This makes the Bagster bag more rigid. Then roll the sides back up as you fill it.

Weight restriction for heavy materials: Load heavy materials first. Heavy materials such as dirt, brick, rock, sod, concrete, sand, asphalt, plaster, stucco etc. can be filled no more than 10 inches up off of the bottom of the Bagster bag. This is approximately 1 cubic yard of heavy debris. You may put lighter debris on top of your heavy debris up to the top edge of the Bagster bag for complete use of the Bagster bag.

All debris must be inside of the Bagster bag, nothing sticking up over the top or out of the sides. Safety is our main priority when picking up and hauling your Bagster bag.

If your Bagster bag becomes punctured, it will not continue to tear unless a sharp object continues to cut through the material.

Can I use more than one Bagster bag at a time?
If your project requires larger capacity you can use multiple Bagster bags at the same time. Bagster collection service can pickup multiple Bagster bags in one trip. Discounts may apply for multiple Bagster bags collected at the same time and same address.

Can I use the same Bagster bag multiple times?
For safety reasons the Bagster bag is a single use product and CANNOT be used more than one time. Your Bagster bag will NOT be returned after it has been collected. Your Bagster bag and all of its contents will be disposed of at the time of collection.

Where can I place my Bagster bag?
Your Bagster bag will be collected by a large truck with an overhead crane that can reach up to 16 feet (two Bagster bag lengths) from the edge of the street, alley or driveway.

The center of your Bagster bag must be placed on your yard or driveway no further than 16 feet (two Bagster bag lengths) from the edge of the street, alley or driveway.

KEEPING THE COLLECTION TRUCK ON THE STREET: The center of the Bagster bag must be placed on your property no further than 16 feet (two Bagster bag lengths) from the edge of the street.

DRIVING THE COLLECTION TRUCK ONTO YOUR DRIVEWAY: Signed damage waiver required. If you require the truck to drive onto your driveway for collection, you must sign the damage waiver. Please seal the signed damage waiver in a plastic baggie and attach it to the outside of your Bagster bag for collection. Your driveway must be at least 10 feet wide to accommodate the collection truck. The center of the Bagster bag must be placed on your property no further than 16 feet (two Bagster bag lengths) from any point on your driveway. View Damage Waiver

KEEPING THE COLLECTION TRUCK IN THE ALLEY: The center of the Bagster bag must be placed on your property no further than 16 feet (two Bagster bag lengths) from the alley. (NOTE: Collection trucks cannot turn into a driveway from an alley. Your Bagster bag must be accessible from the alley.)

Your Bagster bag must be at least 5 feet from any structures, fences, trees, vehicles or other objects that may obstruct collection or be damaged during collection.

Your Bagster bag must not be placed under any wires, trees or overhead structures that may obstruct collection or be damaged during collection. The Bagster truck needs at least 18 feet of vertical clearance to operate.

Your Bagster bag must be placed on your property only - not on public sidewalks, streets or other public property.

Fences: The Bagster crane can reach over a 4 foot fence (no privacy fences). The fence must be within 5 feet of the street, alley or driveway. The Bagster bag must be placed no further than 16 feet from the street, alley or driveway. Drivers must have access to the Bagster bag through a fence opening.
